Our unique PowerPoint Presenters Program includes the following:
Multi-media projector with wireless remote control & laser pointer, laptop computer, projection screen, all cabling and power supplies, optional P.A. systems and telephone conferencing available
Speaker’s PowerPoint file forwarded to Omni-Presenters in advance of the meeting (email, CD-ROM, etc.)
This important feature allows Omni-Presenters to utilize our projectors and laptop computers, thereby eliminating any on-site equipment interface issues
Equipment setup prior to the start of the meeting by skilled and appropriately attired technicians, instruction given to the speaker, breakdown at end of talk

Eliminate On-site Hassles
Our all-inclusive PowerPoint Presenters Program insures a successful meeting by eliminating any chance of equipment malfunction and setup delays. Only Omni-Presenters gives its clients the option of forwarding the speaker's PowerPoint file (email, CD-ROM, etc.) to us before the date of the program. This feature allows us to utilize our laptops and projectors, eliminating interface issues between other separate components.

Our experience has shown us that a typical advisory meeting costs approximately $4000 (and more) over three hours, or $1300 per hour. Every fifteen minutes spent on equipment setup and interface translates to roughly $325 and time not spent with your guests.
